We had them do our canvas before - they were tight and within mo's a rip came about - they patched it although I was not happy with this solution. Now I call them to reinstall frames and canvas duet to roof work and not only have I've been calling & texting & emailing - for over a month - trying to schedule the work - Shawn never answer his phone and the office staff has the personality and energy of a zombie - so no help on that side as well. Got on the phone today called 3 other co's and guess what - not only did I get a 2/3 less proposal the work HAS been scheduled - project of the list no thanks to Hoover.,
Description of Work: Before they did the canvas - this time we needed frames & canvas reinstalled.

Peter was my main contact and he was very helpful and responsive. All of the workers were very nice and did a great job. Very happy with my new awning.
