It took a few weeks to get the part for the repair to be completed. Would have liked updates on the progress of the repair - I never heard from them - I always had to call to check. Totally satisfied with the repair - would definitely use them again.

I was satisfied with the repair but they kept insisting on calling me on my cell instead of my home number because I rarely answer my cell. I was very happy with them, they did a nice job and if I need that camera fixed again, I'd take it there. The staff is very friendly and chatty. They knew what they were doing and they knew what they were talking about.
