Amy arrived on time for ALL our appointments. Amy is very knowledgeable about the Plantation real estate market. She helped me determine a price for my home that I was comfortable with and that I felt made the most sense for me. She was not pushy but she was direct and to the point. Amy has a top notch marketing plan that seems to work because I had close to a full price offer within a week of my home being on the market. I was always given notice to when the showings where scheduled. Amy explained the inspection and appraisal process. Amy was always communicated with me with regards to the showing   feedback and once we where under contract she kept in close contact with the buyer's side to ensure an on time closing.
Amy also assisted me with the purchase of a new home. She was more like a friend by the end of the process. She listened to my needs and helped me make a decision on an offer price once I found a home I loved. Amy's negotiation skills are top notch! I felt she got me a great deal on my new home while getting me top dollar on the sale of my home. 
I wouldn't trust another agent with my real estate needs and I plan to refer all my friends and family that are looking to buy or sell a home to Amy because I know she is honest and straightforward.
