This company sold me a new AC unit for my house 3 years ago. Since that time, they have periodically serviced the unit for a reasonable price, and when needed, repaired or adjusted the unit under the terms of the warranty. When I have an issue that impacts air conditioning, the company responds immediately. The service level is excellent, as is the company's business ethics.

THIS IS A NICE LOCAL MAN. I KNOW HIS FAMILY. HE IS WELL RESPECTED AMONG THE COMMUNITY. HE DOESN'T ALWAYS COME ON TIME BUT KNOWS HOW TO USE A PHONE. HE IS A WONDERFUL MAN WHO DOES WONDERFUL WORK.

THE SERVICE WAS OK BUT THE PRICE WAS VERY HIGH. I ENDED UP GOING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY DUE TO THEIR PRICES. I WOULD CONSIDER THEM AGAIN BUT IT DEPENDS ON PRICING WITH THEM AND THEIR COMPETITORS.
