Not well, damage to piano

They damaged the piano leg, breaking it away and making the piano wobbly. They sent a full truck and could not move the sofa or cabinet along with the piano. The movers were unskilled, belligerent and bullying, and I felt personally threatened. They did not lift and tip the piano properly and they broke one of the legs. When I tried to call the owner/manager during the process, he refused to take my calls but phoned back his men, obviously speaking derogatorily about me. The owner would not pay for repairs and spoke abusively to my husband. PMS did not respond to BBB action.

They brought my stuff in and set it up, and they were very professional and very service friendly. Both times I did not finish packing, and they finished and got everything moved. They went above and beyond.

This is the second time I've used PMS in the last 6 weeks. I moved into a place I thought was long term only to have the owners move back in 4 weeks later. I needed someone quick and only had 4 days notice and Robert assured me although he was busy that week ( First of the month) , that he would do his best and get back to me. He called back promptly and said he could work it out if I could wait til the 2nd he would have a crew in the afternoon. When the guys showed up, they were awesome! Very courteous, well mannered, professional, they moved quickly didn't dilly dally to use up time and get more pay. They put things where i wanted them and helped me lay out everything where I wanted it. These guys just came off a 4 hr job in the hot Florida sun and wore smiles and were polite the whole time. I can not stress enough how great this company is! My first move was a bigger move which went just as smoothly. i would recommend them without hesitation.
