Murrell Inc Appliance Service

I have an outdoor refrigerator that was only cooling to 39 degrees and was frosting up. The repair tech that arrived was very courteous and professional. Upon completion of the work, he explained what he had found and accomplished... so far, so good. However, after the tech left, the fridge never cooled below 48 degrees. I called the office to let them know that whatever they did actually made things worse. I was told by the owner, Mary, that they would not be able to come back out until the following Monday (another full week). When I protested that "THEY" were the party responsible for the refrigerators worsening performance, and should move me up in the que, she just said that was the best she was willing to do. Basically, Mary is scheduling new jobs before completing current jobs. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with this decision and would absolutely NOT recommend this company.

It was a disaster. 3 visits and the appliance was still broken. $275 spent. They refused to refund a cent.

This was a very bad experience. (see above) The fact that they kept ALL of my money and did not fix my appliance is just appalling. This repair service lacks integrity! Shame!

Great! The technician was a professional that really knew what he was doing. The company scheduled his visit and then called me to notify me of the time frame. He called to confirm that he was on his way. Very considerate. He had researched the appliance and knew just what to test. He successfully repaired my appliance and it works very well once again. I considered his bill reasonable considering the time spent and distance traveled to help me since I live on an island.

Water filter leak. Ordered new filter thru company. Service person very helpful and professional.

They were very courteous on the phone when I called to make the appt. Unlike other places I called, she was able to get someone out within 5 days. The repair was done quickly and the dishwasher is working well again

The dryer needed a new belt to start working. The technician recommended a repair kit that would extend the life of the (older) dryer at only a slightly higher cost than simply replacing the belt. He did the work, got the dryer working well, showed me all of the old parts he had replaced, and hopefully extended the life of the dryer. Company was responsive, punctual, and professional. Highly recommended.

the washer could not be repaired. It was an older machine and we expected to have to replace.

My ice maker would not stop making ice, though full. They were willing to talk me through what to do with it short term since I was leaving town the next day, and then when I was in town next they came and repaired it. Diagnosed problem over the phone so they could be sure to have the potential parts on the truck, called the day of to say when they were coming, arrived on time, and fixed it quickly. I had also called the night before the appointment and left a message about a new issue with our fridge and he came prepared with parts to help with that issue also. Wonderful all the way around.

they knew exactly the problem with new dishwashers leaking. we used liquid detergent and these units take only dry detergent. they fixed them quickly and for a fair price.

Took two separate tries but so far dishwasher is working OK.
Maybe it could have been fixed first time?
I'd call them again ... nice people. But still strange that it took two tries.

I was charged for one service visit and parts and labor. The total cost was less than I expected.
I was very pleased with the three service technicians. They were very professional and personable. I would also like to thank Mary in the office handling the scheduling of my service appointments and answering all of my many questions about front loading washers. She is a wealth of information and enjoyable to talk with. I believe she should have her own question and answer page on your web site or maybe a "Go Ask Mary" write in column! 
My husband and I are new to this area. I felt comfortable and safe picking this company with the help of Angies List.
The assistance I received over the phone from Mary and the interactions with the Technicians in my home were very good. I will use them again. Thank you Mark, Bill, Robert and Mary!
