After weighing several options and detailed discussions we develop detailed written executive summaries that become our remodel agreement Then building specific to what customers want to achieve for there specific renovation. Thoughtful organization, communication, integrity, and quality workmanship is what we bring to the table. We keep customers and support staff informed about our work process and on site scheduling. When customers are looking back upon their remodel we want them to remember us as reliable and trustworthy. We work hard to address customer concerns, design ideas and their modifications and implementations. Consistent honest communication, spirit of cooperation and we all enjoy the process. We appreciate our customers and show them respect by working proficiently and behaving honorably throughout the entire remodel process.

Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
Hired Marone Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and master bathroom and replace our tile floors throughout our home in Fort Myers. Our kitchen is spectacular now and master bathroom is more functional now. We are very pleased !

He has done work for me for the past 10 years and he has done quite a bit. He hand built cabinets, put countertops and turned it into a kitchenette, that was 10 yrs ago and no problems what so ever. He then re did my kitchen, new granite countertops and he lowered my island to make it user friendly. He managed to put in an extra pantry in the kitchen, he remodeled one of my bathrooms, replaced tub with shower and re did counter top with granite and tiled the whole shower. It is beautiful and I get compliments all the time! He hand built a desk for the study so it can fit the area and it is wonderful! It is a work of art and I always recommend Tom. He is absolutely great and picks out things that match and are appropriate and he has very good taste, he is very helpful.

The best home remodeling experience ever. Tom is a true professional, and his work is impeccable . He is always on time and cleans up the work area before he leaves Prices are fair, comparable and even lower than my neighbors in HERITAGE PALMS have paid for the same type of work. Bathroom Remodel
Tom did an amazing job transforming our master bath from a very boring and dated room into something I love. I would never consider having anyone else do work for us. He worked with me and listened to my wants and had some great suggestions I liked and incorporated into the design. The work area was clean, every day, when he left for the day. Tom always answers his phone or calls back promptly. We just had him do our guest bathroom which came out beautifully. One last thing I found out and that Tom is a perfectionist so all his work is never less then perfect.

Bathroom Remodel
We had used Tom in the past on the remodeling of our master bathroom. He did such a good job we hired him again to remodel our guest bathroom. He is very professional and takes great pride in his work. If we ever need work done in the future, we will go with Tom again. We highly recommend him.

we initially hired vittur const. to remodel our kitchen. we were so pleased and impressed with the quality of their work that we later hired vittur to replace the flooring in our villa, and to remodel two bathrooms. we were and are extremely pleased with the results of the makeover of our villa, and we were particularly impressed with the high quality nature of their workmanship.

From my first conversation with Tom from Vittur, he was at my house, measuring and coming up with design ideas the very next day. I had drawings by the end of the week and everything moved quickly and smoothly throughout the entire process of my kitchen remodel. Tom, Michah, and David were all a pleasure to do business with. Let me say that they weren't the cheapest, but the peace of mind that they were going to complete the job on time, and do everything the right way, was priceless. Not to mention my kitchen is freaking awesome. They did so many little extra things that really make my kitchen pop, and when it came time for the invoice, there were no surprises. It was exactly as we agreed. No excuses, no hidden charges, I was very pleased. In fact I can guarantee that when my bathrooms get re-modeled it will Vittur who does them. These guys are honest hard-working guys and are worth every penny. Thank you Tom, Michah and David for my awesome kitchen.

Very pleased with their work that we hired them for our bathroom. Did what they said and in a timely manner. A little more costly then other estimates, but their design was so good that we had to go with them and it was worth it. We have a high degree of confidence with them. We just love their work.

The price was excellent. The work was top quality and they did what they said they were going to and then some. We had the kitchen remodeled and tile floors put in. They cleaned up after they were done, worked was completed quickly and on time. They used quality products. We are quite happy with their work and price. 10 out of 5 stars in our book.

We can't praise this company enough! From the kitchen designer, the workers and the owners of the company, they were all very professional and talented in the work they did. The owners definitely had a "hands on" the project and they were accessible all the time. We had a wall taken out and a complete kitchen remodel. They did many little extras without additional cost. We highly recommend this company.

They were excellent. The work that they did, the workmanship, the promptness of everything, and the plumber, and the electrician being here on time -- were all great. Our construction time was small. They did some custom work which was perfect. They were very good about listening to ideas we had and making it work. Everything went so smoothly with no interruption and no delay.
