Excellent. Jose presented himself in a very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy manner. His initial contact via phone call was very informative and friendly (not pushy). He did follow-up with a call later which I thought was very conscientious of him (again not pushy but professional). I felt very comfortable with him in our house doing the testing and his explaining was very customer focused. We received the results very rapidly and he was also to answer our questions about the results in plain language! I would rate our experience as ***** (5 stars) and highly recommend him for anyone's who has a question/request for mold testing.
