From our first contact with the owner, Mark Sawyer, of Premium Painters, to our final inspection of the completed project of painting the exterior of our home, the experience was pleasant and professional. We were first impressed with the thoroughness of the written proposal, which itemized all work to be performed, and material to be used, in detail. Attached to the proposal were copies of his contractor's license, liability insurance, and job references. Within 4 days of signing the contract, Mark had a team of 4 painters at our home. The exterior of our home was properly prepared for painting with all windows and glass doors covered in plastic, as well as taping of any other items not to be painted. His team of painters were courteous, accommodating, and professional. They did an exceptional job. Mark was easy to reach via text or voice throughout the process. We would definitely hire Premium Painters again and will recommend them to our family and friends.
