Numerous difficulties obtaining a dumpster. Once available, it served our needs well and was a clean, brand new dumpster. Called company back twice more for trash removal. Did an outstanding job with trash removal as we emptied our home of decades worth of items preparing to move. Overall, putting delays aside, service itself was very professional and prices were charged according to previously agreed upon terms.

The dumpster was easy to load and I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone who needs a dumpster.

Renovation went great and the dumpster was excellent. it's on a trailer type setup that sits in your driveway and easily used. the dumpster company was very flexible in working with you to get the dumpster dumped multiple times. Big A+ for this company and would definitely recommend them.

Fast and excellent service. Rob responded to my call in 30 minutes and delivered the dumpster 2 hours later. He is very friendly and helpful. He was very punctual to return and remove the dumpster. A very pleasant experience for me.

I contacted Rob at Dumpster Duty to arrange for a dumpster to be delivered to my parents' home so that we could purge junk and boxes filled with unused clothes, books, etc.  Rob was very professional and explained their service and we set a time and date for him to deliver the dumpster.  Rob delivered the dumpster on the date specified.  He was caught in traffic for a few minutes and immediately called me to let me know he was on the way, arriving shortly after the call.  I really appreciated this.  Rob was very gracious and instructed me in the use of the dumpster, locking and unlocking the doors, and explaining the mechanics of its operation.  He set it up in an area easily accessible to us.  He gave me several possible pickup dates, as we had access to the dumpster for several days, and determined when best for him to return to pick it up.  There were no hassles, no issues, and everything worked perfectly.  The equipment was clean and well maintained.  I was extremely happy with the service and would happily recommend this company to anyone who requires a dumpster.  The fact that it is on wheels makes its use very easy.  They can put it almost anywhere on your property, making it very easy to get your project completed.  Rob was a joy to work with and made the experience a pleasure.  I have used other dumpster companies and basically they back up, drop this giant steel box in your driveway, and drive away.  There is usually damage of some kind involved as these things are not light.  The dumpster provided by Dumpster Duty is portable, and because we could move it closer to the house and closer to the project, it made it so much easier to accomplish our task.  Thanks to Dumpster Duty for making my life easier.  This business is run by firefighters and I was happy and proud to support them, and even happier that it turned out to be such a positive experience!  If I ever need a dumpster again, I will definitely call Dumpster Duty!

I had a big project with a very tight timeline that required multiple dumpsters switched out over several days over a weekend. I had approval from the condo association for a small dumpster with the caveat that I would not damage the grass. The dumpster on wheels that Dumpster Duty provides was exactly what I needed. Rob and Ricardo were helpful and responsive in picking up dumpsters when they were full and replacing them with empty ones, all to fit my schedule, which included Saturday and Sunday. Polite, professional and prompt. I can highly recommend them.

Responsive to first request. They were flexible in their scheduling (including extending the original time on the usage of the dumpster). Very personable and prompt. Would recommend them to anybody and will use them again in the very near future.

We have used Dumpster Duty twice now while doing home remodeling and drywall removal/replacement.  Rob is very friendly, responds quickly and is very easy to work with.  He brings the dumpster, which is on wheels, to your home and will park it wherever you choose.  You can keep it for all long as needed and when you are done, he will pick it up and haul it away.  All hauling costs and removal/dumping fees are included.  Great service and wonderful to work with!  Will continue to choose as needed:)
