Ice-maker needed to be replaced, and that went well enough. James did a good job. However, we had trouble identifying the source of the noise. He came back a couple days later he came back and replaced a small motor and fan, but the noise continued. His boss, Daryl and Raymond came to diagnose the mysterious problem, and decided it was another part that needed to be replaced. It was replaced, but the noise continued and everyone, including me, did a lot of head-scratching. Eventually, as it turned out, it was a refrigerant line that was touching on an aluminum part when engaged, and when we separated it, the noise stopped. In the end, I was very impressed by the level of response by Daryl, the owner, and his employees, who were unfailingly friendly. They spent a lot of time diagnosing the mystery, and while we might have changed a part that did not need to be changed, they did not charge for the lot of extra time spent at my house until the mystery was solved. I give them very high marks for professionalism and responsiveness, as well as for the job they did ultimately. Great company, great people and great boss!
