Description of Work: Great job overall as far as the work goes, we haven't had any issues with pests or insects throughout the year, so that was great. The only thing I think could have been a little better is the communication between the customer and the company for quarterly visits. I never knew when they were going to show up or if they showed up during my absence. The majority of the times they came, we happen to be home, but had no idea they were coming. Also, some sort of status report would have been useful as oppose to just showing up, spray and leave. Just a simple "hey, everything looks good or I noticed an issue" would have sufficed. Kind of felt in the dark in that aspect.

I'm sorry [Member Name Removed] had issues with his exterminating service; however we have never serviced him or this address. We do not offer quarterly service for exterior perimeter pest control. Our company policy is ALWAYS to call and service schedule appointments. We would never show up without an appointment.

We have been using this service for a few years with good results. Josh is very professional and friendly. We rarely have any issues and if we do they are very responsive and go over and beyond to fix the issue. I would strongly recommend these guys.

I've had the same best pest control company for years and he is wonderful. The price depends on what he does. He last did the inside of the house and it was $25. His prices are great and I don't have any problems with it. He is the best pest control company that I've ever had. He knows more about pests than anyone I've ever experience. There is nothing bad I could say about him. I wouldn't use anybody but him.

We have used them for about 11 years. We like them. We haven't had a huge bug problem, but if we do they will come out. If we need them to come in between, they do. We always get the same guy, so we don't have different people to go through. With a small child in the house, we don't like having strangers.
