Had to argue about every move. Installed wrong size compressor & after paying $250 a month electric they finally replaced the unit with a 2.5 ton unit. It ran poorly until I called in another company to service it & they found it had never been fully charged up. It's been running perfectly ever since. I see they have changed their name to One Stop. Same people, same bad service.

They are very thorough and they come out when you need them.

Very difficult process. Salesman was extremely argumentative about the size of the compressor, I requested a 2.5-ton and he insisted on a 2-ton. I finally agreed with him because of a 1 year full refund guaranty if I didn't like the unit. After 10 months of constant visits and calls, I said I didn't like the way the HVAC operated and I was offered a last ditch bargain. If I paid for them to replace all the ducts and it still didn't function properly, they would install a larger compressor as I had originally requested, no argument. The ducts made virtually no difference and Thermo-Cool did install a 2.5 ton unit and another vent in our living room. The AC was cooling every room perfectly until 8 months later when I had a metal insulated roof installed and the unit would start up and shut down to often (called short cycling). For the last maintenance checkup that came free, prepaid with the installation, I asked if the service man could set the previously increased fan speed down to stop the short cycling and they agreed. However, when time came, they sent out a maintenance man with no knowledge of how to set the fan. When he called the office for information, he was told to not do it, clean up and leave. When I tried to talk to the general manager, he wouldn't talk to me and put the argumentative salesman on instead. His explanation was that the unit was set to factory specs and they refused to change it, then he hung up. I don't know if Thermo-Cool, also known as One Stop still has the 1 year guaranty, but I would never again trust them to make another installation unless I really wanted 1.5 years of aggravation. Everything about the job was difficult except the installation guys who were professional, clean and seemed stressed with the company but needed the job.

We purchased a variable speed air handler that is so nice for quiet unnoticible start-ups and shut-downs.  The compressor is fairly quiet which makes sitting outside in the same area nice.  I love the Wifi thermostat and use it regularly when we leave home or return.
Thermocool personnel were extremely personable, professional and seemed to want to get everything the way we wanted it to work. 
The job was going well until the end and we are very unhappy to write that after almost 6 months, the job is still not complete.  After everything was up and running, we realized that 1 bedroom was still too warm and the living room still has very poor circulation.  The solution that one of the techs came up with was to add a duct in the bedroom.  We agreed to a price and waited for Thermocool to schedule a day to do the job.  I did say that it wasn't a big rush but I didn't realize that we would have to wait over 3 months for them to finish it!  
I have received 2 emails to confirm that they are still trying to schedule us, but to date, 12/17/2015, the job is still waiting.  We wish all the air conditioning companies in the area the same blessing that Thermocool must be feeling now to be so busy that they can't install 1 duct in the bedroom and can't perhaps enlarge 1 duct in the living room to finish this job.
I would like to mention that we have every faith in the techs that installed the HVAC system and would gladly have them in to service the system as they were knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to the task.
We are no longer calling to ask for information as we feel that the 74 exchanges of information during this whole process is really enough.

They were extremely busy at that point of time, they got the job done when they said they would. In every situation, they did what they said they were going to do.

Had trouble getting the unit installed on a timely basis. We were finally told they could install it, but would come back at a later date to finish up.The air flow was very poor, they had to un-install the entire unit and do all over. We did not receive the air cleaner we bargained for because after the second installation, it would not fit.I do not like the filter they installed.
We had purchased a 10 year parts and labor warranty, but when we had a problem and needed their help, they would not come. We were told they had decided not to renew our contract, and would have to call someone else.
Bottom line... We did not receive what we bargained for and paid for,
and when we needed them, they were not available. We would not recommend them for anything.

They are very efficient and I have been using them for a number of years. They are very responsive when we call, they set up an appoint and if we need any repair work done, they come out quickly and take care of the problem, very well and very quickly. The prices are reasonable.

It was installed promptly and functioned well until my son pointed out an installation problem that I had overlooked. I called and they came back out quickly and fixed. They were to follow up within 7 days to clean out air ducts and move thermostat to a more optimum location. I have not heard from them since. Unfortunately I already paid them.

The technician Jerry showed up early. Began first of what was supposed to be a bi-annual check of heating and cooling system. The technician told my husband the coolant was low and needed to be recharged. Since the system was just two years old, he called the company that installed it and was warned that we should be suspicious. He then told tech we were suspending the inspection until I could verify his findings. He then changed his assesment and told my wife " the system was overcharged." We considered the inspection terminated and he left.
