Great job and great price! They were super professional, very punctual, articulated clearly all follow-on instructions and cleaned up. Attic stairs were not too heavy or cumbersome, just the right size, we have been using the stairs a lot with this move-in. Garage floor is the most beautiful I have seen here yet and probably indestructible! FYI, this is our 5th home in TV.

The VersaLift  system is ordered by the customer and sent to the customer for warranty purposes. We received three boxes.
We ordered the 24W (Wireless remote) suggested by Tim Miller.
Tim sent someone out earlier before I ordered the VersaLift to inspect the garage to make sure the lift could be installed.
Tim and his crew arrived at designated time and opened all the boxes. They laid out the parts and assembled the lift. Tim went into the attic to measure and cut a hole in the garage ceiling to accommodate the lift. The electrician, which was included in the price did the wiring and installed a new outlet for the unit. On reading reviews for installing the Versa Lift it is noted one of the hardest issues could be aligning the lift properly to go up inside the ceiling without bumping the sides. Tim had no problems. The install was great. I was impressed with how efficient these guys worked. It does take several hours to complete.
After the guys left, the Versa Lift went up and down with no issues as we put all of our Christmas items in the attic. 
 I am very happy that Tim's price for installing was reasonable and would definitely use this company in the future.
The men cleaned up the garage an asked if they could leave the empty boxes for our recycling which was perfectly fine. 
Tim and his crew were friendly and great to work with.

It was fine. They came out when they said they were going to see out here and did what they said they were going to do. I would use them again. They were good.

We were very pleased with them. He was prompt and courteous too. He was a very honest individual and he did whatever he told us he could do. He went and picked up all the supplies because we didn’t have a truck and then installed everything to our liking.
