I would give Leesburg Septic an A for the service I received, BUT, I would give Angie's List maybe a C. After 3 days with no response from the septic company, I called them. They had no record of the job from Angies. I had already paid Angies List $300. Better communication is needed!

The technician was on time and did a great job.  We were very pleased with the service from Leesburg Septic and woud definitely use them again for any septic issues.

They did a great job, explained that they repaired the lid and the tank should be fine, just to be careful not to drive over the tank.  Did a great job, did not try to sell us on any services we didn't need and we were very happy with the results.  Will definitely use them again for any septic related needs in the future.  This is the first time we've owned a house with a septic tank and it was a foreclosure so we weren't sure what to expect, but Leesburg Septic really did a great job.

Truck and driver arrived about 5:00 pm on a Friday. The truck did not have a hose long enough to access the system which is in the back of the house. The truck had to drive to the back of the house over a golf cart path of the adjacent golf course. Unfortunately, a wheel of the truck ran over and damaged a sprinkler valve belonging to the golf course. The septic system was pumped out fine. But it took about an hour and a half to locate golf course personnel to shut down the sprinkler system, stop the 20' high geyser of water and repair the damage.

Missed first scheduled time due to equipment mal function. Every thing went find..

Leesburg Septic service was excellent. He arrived on time and reviewed my system type and what needed attention. While cleaning the tank he found a lot of roots that could have caused an issue in the future, so he removed them, fully inspected the system and resealed the two tank access lids. Leesburg saved us from a possible back up problem. He exceeded all our expectations and I highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Smelly but good!

Most impressive was this companies communication from the employee doing the work. The office had scheduled a specific time for the work. The truck driver called not once, but twice to update me on actual arrival time. After arrival, the employee proceeded to diagnose the problem. He corrected the issue, suggested a method to prevent future problems, and pointed out a potential issue to be delt with at a future date. Great communication, great service, and at a fair price.

Prompt and professional

The septic pump out service in March found roots in the tank, which were removed. The advice was to see if that could resolve the problem without resorting to a new drain field right away. The field did eventually fail, and of course, it was right before the 4th of July holiday. Leesburg Septic was already closed for the holiday and most other services were fully booked for pump outs. We did find another vendor to pump the tank, but made the mistake of agreeing to the asking price for a new field at that time. Leesburg Septic did get back to us after the holiday and when we found out the price that they would have charged for the same new drain field work, we were shocked. Leesburg Septic provided us with a quote for the work anyway, and we were able to negotiate with the second vendor for a better price. Leesburg Septic  did not have to do that, but it saved us a substantial amount of money. We will call Leesburg Septic first for any septic tank or drain field needs in the future.

I had a great experience. They were very friendly, very helpful, very prompt, very reasonably priced and they were prompt at getting out when we had what we thought was an emergency situation. They came out and fixed it right away and were just very, very reassuring and I'm very pleased with their service.

They came, did the work and left everything in shape. I was impressed how quickly it was done. I worked through a contractor and he set up the arrangement so I don't know how contacting them is, but I can tell you, it's worth the effort and time to try and reach them.
