they installed a Nissan factory reconditioned CVT transmission in a reasonable time for a fair price, we thought. There seemed to be an issue so we took the vehicle back to have it checked out and were told it must be an engine problem because they couldn't detect any error codes from the transmission. That was the first red flag. The second was that they didn't connect the linkage to allow full functionality and wanted more money to do that - that was a total deal breaker for any future business or recommendations. Craig was the contact person, someone who likes the sound of his own voice above all others.

I've been going there for 20 years. It's fantastic. I like their knowledge, their friendship, their quality of work, the amount of time they use to get it done, and they get it done right the first time so you don't have to go back.
