All of my outdoor kitchens are pre wired for electric and come with a lifetime warranty. We cut out the contractor so no permits required being there prefabricated in a factory. I also charge a third of what a contractor would charge to come out pull permits and build on site. That can take a while and be a headache. I white glove deliver and set up on delivery
