Jason has been doing work for me for the last 4 years. He has done everything, installed glass shower doors, repaired plumbing, replaced light fixtures and fans, repaired drywall and ceilings, replaced my ugly closet doors (they were mirror) in my condo. And I trust him completely. My condo was flooded back in May and he has been in complete contact with me during this entire process. I live 300 miles away from Panama City and I know I can call him at any time and he will take care of my concerns. He and his wife are the hardest working couple you will ever find. Honest and trustworthy.

The cost was so ridiculous I could not believe it. He took off the weather strip on the one side of the front door and reinstalled it and charged me $150 and the project took maybe 10 minutes. Then when I complained about the cost he said he could do something else if I had other projects. Of course he didn't tell me this ahead of time and so he ran a quick line of caulk maybe 9 " at the bottom of the door and a line over the bathroom single sink and put a small block of wood under my counter which was 20 minutes at most.

"I want to take this time to apologize. I am sorry you where unhappy with my service. I explained the cost to you on the phone 3 days prior to coming to your unit. I charge 75.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. you did not once ask about a price on the first day when i removed the metal weather strip from the door frame and told you I had to return the next day with the proper drill bit for the metal frame. On the second day when i arrived you never asked what the cost would be. Both days you complained about the on site maintenance charging you to install the weather strip and did it incorrectly leaving your rental unit door open and not latching. I made two trips to your unit and only when i i was completed with the work you complained about the charge. I tell all customers with small projects over the phone what my rates are. I do not hide my rates or try to take advantage of anyone. If you would contact me I will refund your charges back if you feel my service and cost was that bad. your satisfaction is guaranteed."

Our homeowner's insurance demanded that we repair our shed. Jason provided a quote promptly. The shed was in worse shape than we originally thought, but he kept us up to date on all new requirements, showing us exactly where the problems were. We hired him to repair a shed and he basically tore down the old one and built a new one for just a few dollars more than the original quote. We will keep him in mind in the future!

I hired Jason and his team to replace the door going to the backyard. It was a little tricky, he had to get creative to get it to fit. While he was working on that we discussed doing some landscaping work. So I hired him to do that the following week. I'm very pleased with the work. He works hard for a fair price. Give Jason a call.

I called. Jason sent his guy the next day! Most awesome service and best way to go when you are a single woman! Hung pictures, curtain rods, mirrors and did some caulking in bath. Also, assembled multiple large pieces of furniture! The guys were respectful, did the job. In just a few hours, my house had become my home!

Jason was very responsive from our first conversation. He keep me informed with pictures and conversation. He was also proactive in bringing to my attention other minor repairs that were needed; which he did not charge me for. In other words, Jason was observant which is lacking in most contractors today. Jason is intelligent and has a good eye for design. He stayed on the job, supervising helpers but doing the bulk of the work himself. He is a problem solver, able to fix my ice maker, design a hanging shelf, install kitchen cabinets and granite. I found him to be honest, neat, courteous, reliable, and responsive to my request, time frame, and budget.

Jason is such a delight! After initially speaking with him on the phone, I realized he is a consummate professional with a wealth of knowledge in many different areas. I ended up having him do most of my renovation. After working with him for over a month I have absolutely no regrets!
