I called the Screen Queen one time and she returned my call immediately. We set up a time for her to come out and she showed up! She was on time. She also did a great job. She is coming back this week to replace a doggie door and some anchor screws that are missing/rusted. I didn't even know about them and she pointed them out to me. She was very efficient and worked in very hot weather. Her prices were reasonable. She replaced several screens.
I would definitely hire her again.
She was great. She made a screen on the spot for every window on my house and I have 12 windows and some of those are double widows. She has a van, she comes to the house. She can do frames, if you need a frame she can put a new screen on your frame. She is wonderful, she can do everything. I would definitely use her again. She owns it and she does her own work. I would recommender her to everybody and I would certainly use her again if I needed her.
