Very nice people and always good about communicating. The project was estimated to take 6 wks. It took 6 months. Instead of working daily, the amount of of time was spread out- hour or two in the afternoon a bit of work would be done. (Maybe fitting in our job with another job).

Was a pleasant experience from the start with scheduling to the end with the updated home of my dreams. While updating decided to also have our roof redone and it was quick and affordable.Would highly recommend this company!

We called Emerald Coast Roofers after noticing a leak coming through our living room ceiling. They quickly scheduled an appointment and gave us a quote on the spot. Ignacio was great from start to finish. He watched the job to make sure that everything was done correctly and helped us understand the whole process. We would highly recommend Emerald Coast Roofers to our friends and family.

We try very hard to stay competitive with our local competition, however, if that means either of the two previously mentioned qualities have to be lowered to accommodate lower pricing then we are unwilling to lower our standards or our rate to reflect that."

Vines contractor started but failed to finish agreed-to roof repairs despite frequent requests by the owner for over one month to complete the job. Terminated employment.

Prompt service, from the returned call, estimate meeting, all the way to the final inspection. They were able to roof our home five days earlier than planned. The work crew was very professional, prompt, courteous, and very efficient and hard working. In this area that seems to tolerate poor customer service, it was a pleasure to do business with Vines/Emerald Coast Roofers. Ignacio and Matt and their roofing crew made this a very smooth job. When we thanked them, they actually thanked us for being allowed to do this. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

opted for shingle roof instead, they worked for 5 days straight even during rain storms to complete my roof, this included the full weekend. When completed the roof looked great. During the course of the restoration other problems caused by an undetected roof leak were found and are scheduled through VRC to be repaired

VRC worked with us to get what we needed at the best price. The roofing crew was very professional, even answering our questions and offering suggestions for improvements. Mike went out of his way to take care of us and was still the best price. Very satisfied and will use VRC again.

We originally hired VRC to install a pocket door and replace a closet door with french doors. We also asked them for a quote on replacing our bathtubs and tiling both of our bath surrounds. They gave us a reasonable quote and did excellent work on all the projects we hired them for. It is a family business and both the father and son were a pleasure to get to know. When the projects were finished, my wife and I told them we so enjoyed meeting them and considered them both to be new friends.

My job is in Florida, while the home is in Cincinatti, and I was very impressed by the quality communication and integrity of their company. They kept me up to date throughout the entire project, sent pictures, and were otherwise just upstanding people that I could trust in the home. I would certainly highly recommend that and will probably use their services in the future.
