Dan was hired to scrape the popcorn from ceilings in the kitchen and laundry room, as well as paint the wall and trim in both areas and install cabinets and appliances that we bought. Dan is a very nice guy, but unfortunately, his work is rushed, and the majority of what we hired him to do, came out sloppy.

Dan and his crew are seasoned professionals, highly skilled and most efficient in their work. With minimal guidance on desired siding and color, Coastal Waters did a first class job in less than two weeks and matched the desired color perfectly. Neighbors in my area made of point of complimenting their work and asking for Dan's business card. My project involved new fiber-cement siding to replace old T1-11 siding. My house now looks better than new. I am certain Coastal Waters is equally superb in their other job skills. Check them out if you have a home improvement need. Then hire them. You'll get top quality work at a very fair price.

Small company. Dan is extremely personable and very amenable to adjustments. He is quick to provide estimates and revisions to them when needed. He needs a check for all materials and half the estimated labor up front. As a small resource-limited company, his scheduling and the timeliness of his work reflect it. Allow for some flexibility in the completion of the project, and you will be more than satisfied with his work.

Dan is a pleasant young man who will return your calls or texts. He built me a sturdy and attractive deck in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely hire him again.
