Our salesman Randall was responsive, always involved in every step of the process, and almost obsessive in his desire to do a perfect job for us. They did our fairly large roof in one day and it was something to behold. They arrived exactly on time, covered our landscaping with tarps to protect them and got to work, stopping only for a quick lunch. The supervisor pitched an EZ Up tent in our driveway to cook lunch for the crew since they had to work on a Saturday and invited all the neighbors to enjoy the burgers they were grilling--a welcome gesture for the hard working crew and a brilliant PR idea. They left behind only one single stray nail which we found in the driveway the next morning; otherwise our flowerbeds and lawn were absolutely spotless and debris-free after they were finished. The quality of the roof installation was flawless. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Ryan (owner) and his crew did exceptional work replacing our damaged roof.  Basically, they did everything they said they were going to do and then some.  The ventilation system the builder installed was nearly worthless.  We are looking forward to next summer as we know the attic won't feel like an oven as Assurance Residential installed a new system and the difference was immediately recognized. They arrived and began work exactly when then said they would, removed the existing roof without causing any damage to the landscape, installed a better (better materials, updated materials to meet current building codes) and more attractive roof all in one day.  We were still able to have a dinner party that night without delay.  Very impressive workmanship and professionalism.  Unlike other roofing companies we had look at the roof, no money was exchanged until the work was complete and we were completely satisfied.  We have recommended this company to several of our neighbors and there hasn't been a complaint.  A lot of companies will use inferior product or try to cut corners (we have watched other roofs put on in the neighborhood by another company), but Assurance Residential uses and installs only GAF certified materials.  Really can't say enough about how thrilled we are with our new roof.

Due to several local wind and hail storms we suspected that our old builder grade roof had taken a beating.  I did a little research on some roofing companies and had a couple come out.  From the get-go my husband and I were much more impressed with Brad Kinnett of Assurance Residential than with the other guys.  Brad walked the roof and determined that there was in fact enough damage for us to contact our insurance company.  He was very helpful in walking us through the entire process.  There were no problems with the claim and within short time (and finally a dry day or two!) his crew was on the job.  The  crew was very quick, quite and respectful.  Having said that I would never recommend that one stays in the house particularly with a vocal dog while a roof is being replaced!  As a side note - my next door neighbor had a different company on his roof 2 days later and I noticed a marked difference in his crew's lack of safety and how many seemed not to be working.  Marked difference in the Assurance crew.  We received a beautiful lifetime guaranteed architectural shingle roof with ridge vents for the cost of our deductible. We highly recommend Brad, the other Brad and his crew!

I could not have asked for a more professional group of people to work on my house.  They made sure they protected the area around my house, took great care when removing the old roof and replacing the new roof.  The work was performed on time and in the manner which was described.  The quality of material used was outstanding and due to the excellent installation process they follow and materials they use, a lifetime protection warranty was provided by GAF, the manufacturer of the shingles.  I was very impressed with Assurance Residential and would (and have) recommended them to others looking to protect their investment with a high quality roof system.  I would not hesitate to contract with Scott and Ryan again nor refer to my friends, family and neighbors.

Assurance Residential worked closely with my insurance company to be sure the settlement would accommodate installation of GAF lifetime true architectural shingles that exceed the HOA covenant specifications.  They eagerly provided references for previous work done in this area.
 
I was especially impressed with the preparation that included steps to protect all shrubbery close to the house during removal of the original roofing materials.  Assurance took special care to provide improved protection in all the valleys and around the chimney.  They also resolved a couple of issues overlooked in the original construction of the house and they improved the ridge venting systems. 
 
The overall attention to details and cleanup of the work site each day could not have been better.

The roofer met me to make sure that I had roof damage.  I made the claim to my homeowners insurance company and when the claim adjuster came, he came out and met with him.  He even got on the roof with him and circled all of the damage.  The roof was approved and Assurance did the job.  My contact Ryan Calder was very professional in looks, attire and a good business folder.  He was very versed in the types of roofing and helped me pick out what I wanted.  I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a roof for damage or just one that's old.  It seemed like he knew the insurance company adjustor rules.  He made it very easy for me to get my roof. He even checked out my tin barn roof and didn't charge me anything.   All I had to pay was a $500.00 deductible.  I was extremely happy.

The provider met my insurance claim agent at the house, got on the roof with him and they determined that my roof had hail damage.  The entire roof was replaced using my homeowners insurance.  The provider had a great personality and was very well versed in roofs and damage.  His roofing crew also did a great job.  They got up all of the roofing nails which I was worried about because I have a dog.  I found none!!  It was done exactly the day that he promised he'd be there.  They finished in one day, even stayed until after dark.  I have recommended this company to everyone that I come in contact with that mentions a roof.  I only paid my $500 deductible!!
