The worst mistake I made was hiring her. She did not do the job. Promised to refund some of the money and hasnot. Have all messages between us saying she would pay back a certain amount and has not. Do not hire this person.

"Sir, we discussed the work that needed to be done. I ordered the materials to do the job and sent them to your home. When you received it, instead of contacting me, you Opened My Mail and discovered the manufacturer sent too much product by mistake. You refused to allow me to rectify and kept the product saying it was a score? for yourself and wanted a full refund on the contract and that you would just do the job yourself. Please contact the office today."

I initially gave this business a low rating because I did not feel that I got what I paid for. The owner did end up reaching out to me and agreed to come back out and make things right. The fact that she genuinely wanted to help went a long way. She was able to come out today and complete the job, to my satisfaction, and I am very happy with the results and the service. She went above and beyond. she came out daily put cameras in attic and traps sealed openings cleaned up. Very courteous, conscientious, and polite devoted to her job. Reasonably priced does not take advantage. Extremely satisfied customer highly recommend this service.

I paid in advance for cleaning and disinfection of balcony inhabited by pigeons and a promise that they wouldn't be back. She was almost an hour late. She worked for about an hour and a half, had to go and buy rags, and when finished, said that in order to keep the pigeons away, it would cost another $350. After she left, we went out onto the balcony and were extremely disappointed in the job she had done. I do not feel that my balcony is clean or sanitized, and that my $275 was wasted, except that there is less of a mess. She kept mentioning a contract, but I never saw one and never signed one.

"Hello Ma'am, In order to solve the pigeon problem, like I discussed with you previously already, I would have had to install bird deterrents that you said you couldn't afford. You said you just wanted it cleaned. I did the best I could to clean the area up and sanitize as there were pigeons watching me work. I'm sure my cleaning results didn't last long after I left but I tried to help you and work with your budget. It would have cost a lot more than you were prepared to pay to stop entirely the birds from destroying your balcony and then clean and sanitize everything up after them so that you could enjoy sitting outside again."

Taylor was good with getting rid of the squirrels and sealing up the holes but we also hired her to put gutters and fix back porch wood. She hired a sub contractor to fix problem, they did but one week later mold started to appear. Told Taylor and she fixed roof but it is been a month and has not come back to fix the wood like she said. She also threatened to put a lien on property if we did not pay her which we did. Our back porch wood has a lot of mold on it now. Hire her for rodent control but nothing else!!

I am glad I found and hired Amok Wildlife Control. They trapped and relocated possums that were pooping in my yard. They were friendly, professional, and quite reasonable. I would highly recommend Amok to anyone having problems with wildlife on their property.

I hired Amok Wildlife to remove a family of otters back in May. The two traps were set. immediately we were informed by the Florida Fish and Wildlife that November is when you are suppose to set traps for otters. The traps were immediately removed. It has been over two months and several calls and no one from Amok Wildlife has made any attempts to pick up their traps and refund us our money (as no services were ever provided). Very disappointed.

I was contracted out to do a job I could not complete due to the neighbors removing my property (traps) without permission, due to a misunderstanding and miscommunication to the neighbor(s) who did not understand that I am a Humane Wildlife trapper. if there is anything I can do to rectify the misunderstanding, please let my company know. They relocated a water moccasin that had taken up residence near my pool deck. They needed to return multiple times because the snake would be gone when they arrived. They came back immediately when I spotted the snake sunning itself and grabbed it. Never any additional charge beyond the price originally quoted.
