It went terribly. Agerton Construction charged a lot to subcontract this roof. It leaked from day one. He would go to the house and caulk this or caulk that. After a year an a half of the roof leaking terribly, we had no choice but to call another roofer. That roofer discovered that they did not even use the correct materials. They had to tear the less than 2 year old roof completely off and start over. The new roof has not leaked at all despite torrential rains. We had 2 year workmanship warranty and 10 year materials warranty, but so far to no avail. The owner agreed he would refund $4,600 to us which we decided to accept, but nearly a month later we don't have the money and he has not responded to us.
