Randy'S Painting Services, Freeport Florida

I just bought an older condo in SanDestin and was gutting/Renovating it. I was originally thing of doing some of the painting myself.  I met with Randy and liked his communication skills and referendes. So I asked him to give me an estimate for the entire interior of the house.  The enitire interior had to be repainted and brought back to look new after 35+ years of wear, demo for renovations, 25+ wall holes patches left from rewiring the entire house from Aluminum to copper.   Randy did an excellent job, I would definately hire Randy again and I recommend him highly.  His Price was very fair.  He is courteous, punctual & trustworth.
 We used 4 seperate paint colors-  1 all cielings, 3 wall colors, and 1 for all trim.  Randy covered/taped all floors and furniture and took care not to get paint on anything that was not supposed to get paint. His paint lines are crisp. He caulked all trim before painting. I had rewired the entire house from aluminum to copper, and there were 25+ hole patches that need to be made invisible to the existing surrounding sheet rock, and Randy made sure they were non detectable.   The amount of labor it took just to remove the popcorn cileings and prep for paint & was huge.
