The door was delivered and installed promptly but the final painting was not completed for several months and only after several reminder calls made by me.The manufacturer made several errors in the measurements of the window, thereby delaying final installation for 2-3months. Mr. Jester was polite and pleasant to work with, but the job took entirely too long and the finishing touches on the door should not have required reminder calls over a period of a number of weeks.
