James arrived the same day I called. He was right on time. Friendly, and very upfront about his qualifications and experience. He found the problem within minutes of opening the furnace. We agreed on a very reasonable price. The very same day he went to Cape and found the new furnace I needed. He didn't mind at all that I would ask him questions as he was working. Within just a few hours he had the Old Furnace removed and the new one installed. He even cleaned up after himself! I would highly recommend sensible Solutions for their quality of work speediness and price.

James ran new water lines from meter to house. Replaced a line under the house and new outside faucet. Job was finished in less than a day. Husband very satisfied. Have other projects to do and we will be calling Sensible Solutions for the jobs.

James was just excellent from the first contact to the completion of the job.. He immediately responded to a home advisor inquiry and was diligent in pursuing our issue. He even came out on Sunday morning to replace the part so we could have hot water. Excellent response, customer service and quality work.

James received my email at 5:00am. My furnace stopped working and my home warranty company couldn't find anyone to repair our furnace. At 7:30am James was at our home ready to perform the repair. He went right to work diagnosed the issue and even had the patience to get approval through our home warranty company. All I can say is WOW. James (Sensible Solutions) replaced my water heater after some frustrating complications. I have an older mobile home and nothing is convenient or easy to work on. He did a wonderful job and even fixed and unclogged my kitchen faucet. It was plugged up with calcium. James is a professional and pleasant young man. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I had a major clog in my kitchen drain and contacted Sensible Solutions. Working with my schedule, James came out the next afternoon. He was very professional and engaging, explaining what he was doing before he did it. My sink was draining again in no time. Very reasonably priced, too. I will definitely be doing business with them again.
