Auto Body Work
Scheduling was easy. The staff was very courteous when I dropped off the SUV and was very responsive when I asked for an estimate to get the hood repainted. We received phone calls and e-mail updates (with link to updated status on line) as the repair progressed. The communication from the shop was outstanding.
The repair was completed on the original promised date even though we added the workload of the hood. Pickup was easy and the staff again was very courteous. The repair cost exactly what was estimated, there were no hidden costs. I was pleasantly surprised to find the inside of the car had been vacuumed and wiped down. Overall a great experience and I intend to have some work done on another car soon.
