At the completion of the job it was apparent that something was wrong. Twenty-four of the installed tiles showed evidence that
an insufficient amount of mud (cement) was used to lay the tiles. Requests for corrective action was forwarded thru the main contractor. As of this date, no satisfactory response has been received.
Update: Received notification that replacement tiles and mud(cement) were in near the end of June. I picked up the material that was provided and accomplished the work on my own.
