I found out 8 years later (when having some other work done) that they didn't cut a vent in the ridge of the roof when they installed the ridge vent (just nailed it up there).  A lot of good that did.

Not  good! I had my first of approximately 6 leaks within 2 months of having my house roofed.  Each time I called the company they  sent someone out and supposedly fixed the leak.

  In hind- sight,  they did not fix the actual cause at all.  Shortly after the 5 year warranty ran out I had another huge leak including water coming in thru my fireplace on New Years Eve day evening.  After several calls to the company,  they said they would re roof the part of my house that was leaking or they would supply me with the materials equivalent to what my old roof was or work with me on the cost of roofing it again. 

I had three other roofing companies come to give me an estimate and they all found the problem right away.   Because the Company hadn't repaired it correctly after 5 or 6 trips out, needless to say  I was not willing to use them again.

 I ended up having it re roofed with better materials for a cheaper amount, but well within the range of the other three estimates; by a family friend.  The Company  would not keep their word as to helping meet the cost of the job at all.    In my contacts with the Company owners I felt they were extremely difficult and rude  to deal with and I would never  refer this company to anyone in the future.
