Very good! After receiving approximately six estimates with some companies not getting back to us, Terry gave us a great deal, professional service and responsiveness. His company delivered dirt, dressed the areas that needed resodding, resod most of our yard and installed pinestraw and azealas in flower beds. Terry came out on a Saturday and walked our property with us and had an estimate by the end of the day. He and his workers showed up on time, completed the work as promised, and stayed in very close touch as well as guided us on the care of our new yard. We would definitely hire them again.

Good sod.  Good workers.  Fair price.  Roto-tilling done a couple of days ago.  Today four workers unloaded sod, carried it to work  area, laid it, cleaned-up and were gone in four hours.   All work done in semi-heavy downpour.

I called 3 different companies in April for bids on irrigation system and sodding and left messages for all 3. Terry called back that evening after his work day was over and we set up a time for 2 days later for him to stop by. We walked the property, discussed my plans and my expectations. He told me right up front that his schedule was booked and it would be 3-4 weeks before he could get to it, then gave me a very fair bid for all materials and labor. As it turned out, his schedule opened up about a week earlier than planned and instead of taking a new job, he moved me up on his books after calling to see if it fit my schedule. In one morning, he installed the irrigation system and was back early the next morning with St. Augustine sod. Between his bid and when he came back to complete the job, we had the flooding rain that revealed I had a drainage issue which I was taking care of myself. Terry gave some great advice on it but it was a work in progress. The job he completed looks great and I was very pleased. A week or so later, he stopped by to check out the lawn and brought a few extra pieces of sod he had left over to help cover the area I put the new drainage in - without even being asked. Excellent customer service, prompt with returning phone calls and educated me on the irrigation system and lawn care. I will have a larger project in back yard I will be completing over the winter and Terrys Landscaping will get first opportunity to get the job. I highly recommend.
