"Hey Mr. [consumer name withheld at their request] Thanks for taking the time to review us. I'm sorry you were not completely satisfied with the color of your garage floor. Unfortunately, due to the additional top coat (which you insisted upon), it changed the result of the finished product to a slight shade darker than the original color chosen. that combined with the lighting and the wall colors chosen, even the sample appeared a bit darker when we brought it back to verify your concerns. And yes, if you want any changes to the grade, slope, or pitch of your garage floor you need to do that in advance as we do not pour concrete.
