I called because I saw a sign posted in town and I had time to accept an estimate. They responded quickly and wanted to come by quickly. He came to my home reviewed the work, told me I could do alot of the work myself and promised a written estimate by email.
I never received the written estimate. He did call a day or two later asking me if he could start tomorrow. I said, but I don't have an estimate.
