+ -1 moreI called because I saw a sign posted in town and I had time to accept an estimate. They responded quickly and wanted to come by quickly. He came to my home reviewed the work, told me I could do alot of the work myself and promised a written estimate by email. I never received the written estimate. He did call a day or two later asking me if he could start tomorrow. I said, but I don't have an estimate. The ball in still in my lap.
Description of Work: Shiloh came to my house for the purpose of giving me an estimate on painting and repairs to my upstairs deck, outdoor woodwork and popcorn ceilings.
