I hired Matt to do a 4pt inspection report for me. Matt was not only the 1st one to call me but he is very respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Not only did he show up on time for our appt but he called and confirmed our appt the day b4 or the morning off our appt. I also asked him to do a windstorm mitigation report for me that morning of our appt. Matt was very through and detailed in his inspection and very prompt in completing his report. He emailed me my report that evening of my inspection. Talk about fast and excellent service. He also recognizes and appreciates military members and 1st responders and gives back to them and their families by providing them with a discount for his service. I would highly recommend Prichard Property Inspection LLC and I give Matt a high 5 rating for an excellent and satisfying experience.
