They came out the same day we called them, the price was good and it's been working fine ever since. They did an excellent job. They were prompt in getting here, the man was very nice and did a good job. He was really good.

He was friendly and had to basically take my refrigerator apart to fix the problem because the problem was a tiny little gadget in the back of the machine. He also helped me connect a new water filter for my refrigerator; I had the part. He was here for a long time, about 4 hours. The service was very good and he was able to fix it and it is working fine. He seems to know what he was doing plus he had to take a lot of other calls. He handled that very well because he has people who work for him. If there was something that came up he would stop for a moment but make it as short as possible. He didn't take any breaks or anything like that. He worked very hard. I thought the pricing was fair.
