Very disappointed in this company! We brought our vehicle there and trusted them to fix it. After 1.5 years our truck broke down in the middle of the freeway because this company incorrectly installed parts on a timing chain repair. They not only refused to resolve the matter but we're rude to both us and the ford certified mechanics diagnosing the problem. We were met with disrespectful language and they bluntly hung up on us multiple times. They also advertise a warranty on their website but be aware that it does not cover a large amount of repairs. I would hate for anyone else to have to go through this.

They we very nice when first contacted but their initial estimate increased as my car sat in their shop. The axles they ordered were not correct so that was another delay. I also wanted to make a change to the gearing but they said that I would have to pay an exorbitant amount to return the other gears. They were one of the most unfriendly shops that I’ve ever been too and they are not up front with you in any way! I could not recommend this shop to anyone looking for friendly and honest service.

Problems were diagnosed quickly and repaired. Ms. Jackie in the office was amazing and very professional as was the technician. They were very knowledgeable and informative on explaining the problems that were found. I am very satisfied with the service I received and will continue to use Neese Automotive for all my needs.

Very Good - Jackie (Neese Automotive) sent a tow truck immediately to pick my vehicle up and deliver to Neese Automotove. Once onsite a proposal was given for the transmission replacement in a very timely manner. Once I approved the transmission replacement It was completed and back on the road in a very timely manner.
