Do not use NATHAN Jones.... It was a simple repair with NO leaks until his guys did the "work". He took $2,400 and damaged my roof so that I was forced to place buckets in various locations throughout my house to catch all of the leaks. I had to hire another roofer to tear off the roof and then replace. It cost me $1500 to repair the ceilings. He won't answer my calls or the lawyer's letter for damages. I would pursue but don't have any money left. DO NOT HIRE HIM !! He owes me big-time.

They used my roofing cement and shingles yet still charged $300.00 and several times I have requested a receipt for the work, still haven't received it.

I did not directly hire this company, but my neighbors did.  I cannot comment on price.  We live in a small cul-de-sac and our driveways and lawns join.  The company trucks were parked on the grass, digging up the lawn with tire tracks.  I complained to the workers about this, and they moved their trucks, but did nothing to repair the lawn.  Daily, they would park in both my neighbors, and my driveway.  There was always roofing debris in my driveway.  One evening there was broken automotive glass all over the bottom of my driveway.  I had to sweep it up so as not to get a flat tire.  I had to speak to the workers almost daily about their treatment of my property.

I recently purchased a home in Dec 2011. The sellers had some roof work done that was required in the inspection. In Feb, my roof started leaking in the area that had the work done by the previous owners. Water was leaking through a light fixture and in two places from the ceiling. I called the roofer on the receipt provided at closing, only to have him not stand behind his work. After seeking a flat roof specialist, I was referred to Nathan Jones. He came out immediately and identified the areas that had been previously worked on. He showed me exactly why the roof was leaking and why the previous repair was sub standard. He did an emergency seal until the storms had passed and waited for the roof to dry. He then brought a large crew over and pressure washed, treated mold, dried and applied a complete "seal" of all areas of my roof, to include a detached garage. His crew worked from 0800-1700 both days to complete the job. He provided before and after pictures, detailed information about the roof, and a warranty. I was completely satisfied with the job.

UPDATED ON 04/23/2012:

I am writing an update to my previous report. I was satisfied with Nathan Jones Roofing and the timeliness in which he completed the job. However, when I received my invoice, there was a typo on it (missing the warranty length). Also, after the next rain storm, my leak was back. I called Nathan Jones and was greeted, rather abruptly, by a woman who answers the phone at his business. I explained that I still had the leak, and would like Nathan to call. I never received the call. I called three other times, either getting the answering machine or the rude employee. The last time I called, the employee very rudely stated that "Nathan is coming today!" I asked for a phone call prior to him arriving, as my husband and I wanted to talk to him personally about the work done and the failure of one area of the roof to cure correctly. He arrived without calling. I showed him my invoice, with the "missing" warranty. He took it from my hand, said he would get it fixed, and I have not seen it since. He did go up on the roof and finally fix the leaking area, but has yet shown up to fix the area on the roof that was done incorrectly. I have called and left many messages at the "number" listed for the business and have received no return calls. I also have one whole section of roof that is still not cured correctly and cannot seem to get a response from this company. I would NOT recommend this company again and will not be using him in the future.
