Modern Concepts did an excellent job, in all respects, in refinishing our recycled barn floors. We had asked several vendors to find the right balance of rustic sheen with floor nourishment. Everyone else could only offer a finish that we thought was too shiny. Fletcher at Modern Concepts not only found the perfect finish to restore our floors to the desired luster but also deep cleaned them prior to the restoration, all for one reasonable price. His crew was prompt, clean and respectful of our home and furnishings. They even placed felt pads under all of our furniture to prevent future scratches. We will certainly be our first call when we are ready to refinish our second floor Brazilian Cherry floors.

All went well & until one of Fletcher's helpers accidently chipped 2 tiles in the foyer while taking a tack strip up right next to the tile. He offered to do whatever I wanted. Since the tile was 26 yrs. old, I said to repair it and we'd see. It was a great repair job, but still bothered me, so Fletcher offered to replace the tile with no charge for labor. That was done a week ago and I love it !! Fletcher designed and installed a multi-material floor in a showroom in a Santa Rosa Beach floorting store which is gorgeous ! He is a very talented young man & has very talented men to help. I'd highly recommend Modern Concepts for "something different" or the every day installation.
