They showed up on time and got right to work.  They confirmed the list of rooms we wanted a little extra cleaning (deep cleaning) in, and they jumped right on it. 

We had a really bad experience with them. They scratched some of our new stuff. They wouldn't honor that we actually had an independent adjuster come in and they said it could be them but the thing is my wife keeps an extremely clean house anyway and it was brand new and they scratched it. I looked online and apparently this has happened not just to me but to a lot of folks not just in this area but across the United States but specifically it was the Merry Maids here in Fort Walton Beach. The "deep cleaning" that they did, it wasn't. There were still dog hairs around so we weren't really satisfied with the cleaning in general and then on top of that, they scratched the top of my dryer and the top of my stove. When the owner came over and said "we use special rags" and he just showed me how it doesn't scratch and I said, "Yeah but all you did was wipe it". I grabbed it and I actually used just a little bit of elbow grease and it actually scratched the top of my stove a little bit more. I said, "See, your rag scratched this. I just scratched this spot. I just showed you this while you're standing here." He said okay. Aside from going to a small claims court, it's just not worth it for me to do that, so we just fired them. They were really terrible. If they did a good job their price would be fine. The cleaning wasn't horrible if you're not really picky and you don't care that it's actually clean and if it's just surface clean but they're supposed to deep clean 2 rooms each time and they weren't doing that. When we had the issue, I called and it took me 3 days to get a hold of somebody. I don't think that it was ever unprofessional but I think the professional thing to do in order to have a good business if you can see that you have an issue, you back up and take responsibility. I don't think it's a professional organization. It's so big that they just don't care.

It went very well.  Two ladies arrived when scheduled on very short notice.  They listened well and were very good at performing the cleaning tasks asked of them.  Professional at all times, courteous and good.  Couldn't ask for anything more.  $190 for two ladies for 3 hours is a little pricey, but worth it.  They saved us because they got the house clean before our moving truck arrived.

This team did a very good job!  My cousin was here and said she was very
impressed with the work they did.  Even my son said he thought the
house looked a lot better.

They came in and they started to clean the house.  I don’t know what they got wrapped up in but they quit cleaning the house and they left the garbage on the kitchen table.  It is disgusting to find your garbage on the kitchen table.  Why they put it there in the first place is beyond me.  They left the house and I promptly fired them.  These people did the bare-bones basics and they charged me $150.  I can vacuum a floor and call it a day.  When I called and talked to the owner about the customer service, he was awful with me.  When I told him they put my garbage on the kitchen table he said they had other houses to clean and they just forgot on the way out.  I told him you just don’t put the garbage on the kitchen table even if you get it on the way out.  I wonder what else they were doing.  It was horrible and they are despicable.  They are beyond belief.  I wouldn’t recommend them to someone I didn’t like.

They are dependable. I would continue to use them again in the future.

The ladies arrived on time and in uniform with identification as the sales person stated. They were very polite and even took away our trash! One of the ladies even took the time to read a little pokey puppy story to my 3 year old so I could talk with our realtor. I have hired them to come every other week. Our lives are going to be much easier with these ladies.

I called the main office and asked them to skip the next week because we would not be available. I told them to please come in 2 weeks like normal and the NEVER showed up. I wrote a letter and told them I was disappointed in their company.
