Mattresses
The salesman was courteous, pleasant and very easy to deal with. Their exchange/return policy of 100 days is excellent and in fact I exchanged one of the two Allura mattresses for the Choice Luxe Prime on 11/15/13 with no problem.
In August of this year (2015) the AC Adapter in the power cord of the Choice Luxe failed. I went to Mattress Firm and spoke to the salesperson who told me that Tempur-Pedic handled their own warranty and did not work through the store.
On 8/20/15 I called Tempur-Pedic. The representative said he would send the part. On 8/31/15 I still had not received it so I called Tempur-Pedic again. The person I spoke to said he could see no record of it being sent. He said that he checked and the item was not on back order so he could find no explanation, but he would send me the part overnight and gave me the order number. When I had not received it by 9/4/15 I called again. This time the representative said the item was on back order and did not know when it would be shipped.
