He has done stuff for us many times. He drops by for coffee. He is welcomed in our home as a friend. I can leave and know that he would not take anything from my home. We are going to have him come back when more money becomes available. He is a good upright gentleman.
Description of Work: He put in new floors and finished some sheet rock. He also put new eves on the house.
