They are Awesome! No complaints with  the service.

They're very good and I have had very good results with them. When they come out they ask if you are having any problems and listens to your concerns. They put something on the outside of your house and if you need for them to come in they'll put things around your sink where most bugs would be. It's something that is supposed to be not so toxic to children or animals. Since I've started using them I've had very few problems with any kind of infestations or anything like that. Their price is probably a little more than what I paid in the past, but I've gotten such better results that the extra money has been worth it.

I have a contract with them. They are pretty thorough. I feel their specialists do a good job with the termite prevention.

We have a Sentricon system.  We get two different invoices, one for termites and one for the bugs.  They are very personable and excellent customer service.  They make you feel like you are friends; you go out for dinner with them and even though you have never seen them, it would be when you call.  They never set a time.

Their pricing was higher than what the other service provider offered me and the other service provider was a nationally known brand. So, I felt more comfortable with them. I don't remember the price on their estimate as it was over a month ago. They were very responsive and very informative but their price was not as competitive. I probably would not use them in the future based on their price.

Easy to work with and professional.  Their service speaks for it self...never had termites or other pests since we bought our house in 2004.
