A nightmare! Even wanted $701 to take up some lino from my floor. A job that would take about 20 mins if that to do!

I called Window World of Pensacola and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Within 2 hours of making the call, I had numerous calls from other providers wanting to give an estimate. These calls continued for the next few days, but I never talked to any of then. Apparently, Window World notified them of my call?? Anyway, on the day of the appointment, a very nice man from Home Depot showed up at the time I was expecting Window World. (Window World never showed up.) I was really confused. He gave me an estimate that was way more than I had expected, even though they were having a big sale. I told him I would have to think about it. He called back the next day and said that the sale was going to continue throughout the weekend and that I could finance the windows, but I really didn't want to do that. I still haven't gotten any windows.

We got a decent price on it. Home Depot was ok to deal with. They have a company that you pay them to measure. They tell Home Depot the measurements and what you need and all that kind of stuff. I was not pleased with them and that is why I put the flooring down my self. Home Depot had a deal for $400 they would install flooring in your entire house. That was a good deal bit I just didn't like the way the guy came out and measured. They called me every three days to see if I picked up the flooring. It was a pain in the neck so I just put it down my self. There were too many people to deal with for the installation. It is a big hassle.

It was good. The people that came were really nice and they did it in a day. The salesman at Home Depot was really nice and everything. They have a military discount.

Contractors arrived as scheduled on 1st day and removed and replaced the 8 windows with no problems. Before they left, old windows and debris were removed. On the 2nd day, the contractors measured and installed hurricane panel mounting bolts. Panels were prepared and put in storage. Contractor demonstrated proper operation of new windows. Work area was cleaned before contractors left. The work was inspected and approved by Niceville building inspectors.
