 + -1 moreI like everything about them. They're the best auto repair. They're not cheap but when you take the car in and ask them to do something and when they get it back to you, they fixed it. If it wasn't fixed, you bring it back to them, there's no argument, they bring it in and they fix it again with no additional charge. They're very respectful and very courteous. They send me than you notes for giving them my business. I've got a 21 year old Cadillac and the climate control system went out and you can not buy a climate control system 'cause they stopped making it 11 years ago and they pulled the primary control system out of my Cadillac, hooked it to an air force base nearby and had an electronic specialist do a diagnosis and worked on it, brought it back, put it in my car and it didn't work exactly right so they took it back out the air force base and had an electronic specialist work on it for another 2 weeks, put it back in and now, my climate control system on my 22 year old Cadillac works just like it did when it came out of the factory. It wasn't cheap to have that done.

 + -1 moreService was excellent. The service rep was very honest and helpful. They diagnosed the problem with my vehicle (bad alternator) and quoted a cost for repair (approximately $500), which included parts, labor and a one-year warranty. When I told them that I was looking to save a little money, they recommended that I purchase a lesser quality part (they gave me the part number) from a local auto parts store and that they would install it for $130 without any warranty. By doing this I saved about $240. I have used Holmes for the past four years and have been very satisfied with the value and quality of their work.
Description of Work: Installed an alternator on a 1998 Honda Prelude.
