Terrible. 1) The work was subbed out and the owner, Keenan, never appeared to monitor their work. 2) The contract required 6" of sub base to support heavy loads. The boss installed a much thinner base and when I told him it was not correct, he got very belligerent. He tried to mislead me that the base layer was thick enough. Fortunately I had a ruler to prove to him that he was not even close to 6". I finally told him to stop work. They did. They came back the next day and I think they put the correct amount down although I will never know. 3) They were a little short on pavers and, instead of just making the path a little narrower (my preference) they charged me for one additional pallet of pavers. 4) In another area they discarded unneeded rocks and dirt into a wetlands area. I told them to stop but they did it again later, even while I was watching!! They did a bad job of cleaning up the wetlands. I was very unhappy with this company. Stay away from these guys.
