Roof still leaking. Made 2nd trip to repair leak but it still leaking.

He did not get a permit and did not show up to see what what is being done. I questioned his license being Expired and he failed to show up afterward. I think he was expensive for work did. I do not like him.

Mr. Gaines responded quickly to my request to fix a roof leak. The job was done within one day, and he provided me with a 90-day guarantee on his work. It has only been a week since the work was done, but we've had a lot of rain, and it appears the repair was successful.

Harold Gaines cashed a check from me on March, 2nd for $2633 for a new roof deposit and never delivered shingles and never put on a new roof. I have asked for my money back, and I have been ignored and lied to. His salesman Michael called me two days ago and said shingles to be delivered the next day. They never showed up. Why the lies? This has been almost a month. I cannot sell my home with a hole in the roof. I will have to go legal. Who lies to a disabled person? Harold Gaines.

Contacted HomeAdvisor on Friday, the contractor called me 15 minutes later, and he showed up Saturday to do the work. Exactly what I was hoping for -- 24 hour service and great job.

It is very rare to be able to get someone on a phone these days at ANY business, even a Doctors office. I was so freaking happy to be able to call a place and get a person on the phone and then he came out the next morning because he was working in this area. And to get the work done in less than 24 hours after I called. Miracle!!!!!! Thank you, Thank you, and Thank you SOME MORE, for ANSWERING THE PHONE, and doing what you said you would do. And at a decent price. Hard to come by these days.

Fixed my roof immediately.

Called right back. Very prompt with an estimate and has already inspected and repaired the places on our roof to keep it in good shape for another year. Have this done every year on our 18 year old roof, and he says it should be good for at least another 5 to 10 years.

Work was satisfactory but still have not gotten a receipt for tax purposes. Have trouble contacting them and when I did still did not receive a receipt.

I hired this company to repair missing tiles on my roof and after We agreed on the repair and estimate, repairman told me he does not have a tile sealant and went to get some (why would a roofing company does not have tile sealant on the truck???)I waited for him for 7 hours and he never showed up... i receive a call from the company owner saying he truck broke down and they are trying to rescues him... of course he went to another job that paid more and put me on the back burner... never hire them, they don't have any recognition to people time and they are not honest...

Stay away! After taking months on our project, sending dishonest and not qualified workers who messed up a lot of the work and a lot of our materials and charged us a lot for the extra time they had to spend on our project for the simple reasons that they did not know what they were doing. We had to redo quite a few things behind them. He did not stand behind his word or behind his work. We had to supervise his workers to make sure they even come to work and it was very hard to get in touch with him. Delayed us for months and then he tried to be the manager of your time and money. He wants to tell you when you will pay him and how much without the work is actually done! After they left the project undone he came back a couple of months later and wanted to sue us for money for work that he never did, and we had already paid him what the original quote said. DO NOT sign a contract with this guy. Just run away, please! I cannot say enough about his lying and dishonest personality!

Mr. Grimes responded to my request for help immediately. He came the same day and gave me an estimate and timeframe. Both were very acceptable. His assistant, Mr. Michael, did the repair job on my carport roof. It was a steep pitch, and the temperature and humidity soared, but he worked until dark to get the job done. Clean-up was complete, the repair work is excellent, the price was fair, and I shall certainly call upon Mr. Gaines again for roof work.

He quoted $75 per boot but then said it would be $150 for one boot because of the location. He was hard to get on the phone.
