A's across the board. I definitely recommend. Difficult job as the concrete slab had to be jackhammered up. Dennis and co worker were very professional and did a great job.

I contacted them after the fiasco with another plumber. (See my review with the Expert Touch company for more details.) They called me back first thing in the morning after I contacted them after hours yesterday. They showed up in only a few hours and the pressure relief valve was repaired quickly and professionally. The technician walked me through the whole hot water system layout and even provided preventive maintenance tips. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and again professional! I highly recommend Grandstaff Plumbing and will only call them for any issues!

Installation went great. I called in the morning and they made it out later that afternoon. Installers were quick and professional. They were very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of great advise on my new disposal and a few other plumbing issues that I had asked about. They were the 2nd plumbers that I had brought in on this job, as the 1st plumber was ridiculously expensive and quoted me about twice as much for the same job. I felt Grandstaff Plumbing pricing was both honest and realistic.

I called and Grandstaff and they came out immediately. They were courteous, knowledgeable and worked quickly to replace the flange. The pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
