technicians did excellent work and were very courteous. Work was done on time. Follow-up to diagnose and replace a faulty thermostat was also prompt and professional. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Absolutely excellent!! Four Seasons tech found that the previous HVAC company had stripped out a connection piece during the re-installation which allowed Freon to leak out (once again). Since Four Seasons worked on my unit, I have had no problems whatsoever. I will never use that other local HVAC company again. All I had from them was ... TROUBLE and expense. The Four Seasons tech was Robert. Excellent knowledge, very professional, very helpful, very courteous.

The whole experience was great. I met with one other company prior to Four Seasons. Since I was without my husband, the other company tried to take advantage of the situation and convince me the problem was much larger than it was. I was relieved when I got a second opinion from Rocky with Four Seasons. He explained everything and was honest with what needed to be done. We ended up being out of town for a funeral at the time of work and decided, without hesitation, to let Rocky continue with the job in our absence. We were pleased to come home to a completed job and no dust or debris from the work. All in all it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service. We have a rental unit in Destin and live in TN. My guest called to tell me the air didn't seem to be working properly. Since the company that installed the unit for us had gone out of business, we were at a loss on who to call. We called the Bryant manufacturer in the southern region and they recommended Four Seasons. We called and they gave us a time they could be at the unit (the same day). They called us when they diagnosed the problem and gave us the estimated cost. We asked them to proceed and they fixed the issue quickly. No disruption to our guest and a accurate/quick fix at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be using them again!!

It was afternoon when I realized my heat had stopped working. I called Four Seasons thinking it would be the next day since it was so late in the day. However, Skippy appeared at my door. He analyzed the problem and found I needed a new blower motor. It would not be available until the next day. That day Skippy was here and replaced the motor. I was very pleased with my experience with Four Seasons and will call them again when needed. I would also recommend them to others. Thanks Four Seasons.

Having a problem with your A/C in Florida in July is rough. Four Seasons responded quickly knowing that I was without A/C. I really appreciated that. Four Seasons has been doing my A/C and heating service for two generations.
The central A/C stopped cooling and the temperature inside the house
began to rise.
I placed a call to Four Seasons and my call was quickly returned with a schedule time.
Service person arrived exactly on time and a diagnosis of the problem was very fast.
I was given an accurate estimate of the cost to repair.
I knew the estimate was fair, because I used to sell these parts.
Repair was completed in less than one hour, and my unit was cooling again.

I was told when I called that the service person who would arrive between 8:30am - 9:30am would be Eric. Eric arrived approx. 9:05am, after explaining his purpose he went right to work. He kept me well informed what he was doing and why. Only took him a short time to figure out the problem and install the new part. While he was working I asked if he might have time to take a look at my other unit. I explained that it had a filtration system that worked with a special bulb that was very hard for me to install and also that I was sure the evaporation coil needed cleaning. He verified my statements, cleaned the coil which had a fair amount of mold but not enough to take the coil outside to clean. He changed the bulb for me and did not charge for changing it. I have paid a service call previously for someone to change it. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He left at approx. 10:30am.
I had purchased the unit with the thermostat problem from Four Seasons in 2006. I did not purchase the second unit from Four Seasons. I regret that decision because every time I have contacted Four Seasons A/C they have provided me with excellent service!

A/C compressor stopped working over the weekend. Called Monday morning and had a technician on site and complete repairs that same afternoon.
