As this was a pre-planned event, Store Manager Ricky Uy's crew ordered the tires 20 Jan so they would be available when needed.  The tires arrived 22 Jan., which turned out to be perfect as the vehicle arrived a day early (22 Jan) from Ft Walton Radiator. Auto & Air & Repair.  Service Advisor Darrell Hanson worked it into the schedule so that Technician Wayne Martin, who handles Jaguar's, Mercedes and BMW's, could do the Lifetime Alignment Recheck and R&R the four (4) tires and make the best of the removed tires the spare.
One of the first things the Service Advisor pointed out when I arrived at the Firestone Complete Auto Care Center is the DOT Codes that indicated all four (4) tires are less than three (3) months old.  Ricky then escorted me out to the shop area so I could talk to Wayne and do a quick visual inspection of the underside of the car.
I have been doing Business with Ricky Uy and his crew at this "Military Friendly" Firestone location since purchasing my wife's 2004 XJ-8 Jaguar (former lease car) in 2008.  One of the first things I did was replace the tires which, although they still had acceptable tread, were five years old and showed signs of aging.  When I purchased the tires I opted to get their Lifetime Alignment Recheck, Lifetime Tire Balance and Road Hazard Protection Package, you can't beat it.

They did a great job. It was fantastic quick service. I ended up having to take my old tire with me for insurance purposes but they said I could bring it back and they would take care of the disposal.

Firestone Stores kind of pushed services that I didn't need. They are very punctual and very professional. We've been using them for years. The Dealership has suggested things and Firestone have said no, we can do it for this. Their prices are very competitive compared to the Dealerships. So once our cars are out of warranty we go to them.
