After changing my oil, a man informed me that I had the wrong size plug and spinning freely. The plug is the correct size (and has been for the last 5 years) so they must have stripped it. When I asked them if the truck would leak oil, they said "well, you need to watch out for it and make sure it doesn't leak." When I told him to just get my car off the lift, that I was ready to leave, the man became belligerent and in a loud tone of voice told me he didn't appreciate being accused of ripping me off. I told him to lower his voice and he just became intolerant, so I left with him still raving.
